Parents, for some student on-line learning, you will need your child's SAISD account information which you can get by registering for a mySAISD account. Once you have access to your mySAISD account, your child's SAISD account information will be located in the Student Information screen under the Demographics section. You can now contact the SAISD Help Desk at 210-244-2929 to get your child's mySAISD key which is required for mySAISD registration.
Meet the next generation mobile app for SAISD parents and students.
Parents of SAISD students can access their children’s school information on the go with the mySAISD app available on Google Play™,
the Apple App Store™ or you can access the mobile web app or full website using the QR code or link below.
SAISD middle and high school students can now stay on top of their school progress with access to the mySAISD app as well. No registration is needed and
students can login with using their SAISD email account.
For parents, once you have the app installed, begin the registration process by clicking the Register button on the login screen. You will need to get a mySAISD key from any one of your child's teachers, a campus administrator or by contacting the SAISD Help Desk at 210-244-2929. You can also get the key from your child if they are in middle or high school simply by having them login to mySAISD online (www.saisd.net/mySAISD) using their SAISD email account, go to Setting and the mySAISD key will be displayed there. There is one key per student so you will need to get the key for each of your children.
After submitting your registration form in the app, you will receive an email notification informing you of your request status.
